A.Q.I, subsidiary of Ambroise Bouvier group (a family owned company of over 650 collaborators) is specialized in international transport since May 2018.
We are a team of young and dynamic people constantly looking for new transport managers in order to pursue our growth.
With the supervision of our service manager, your tasks will vary from :
- Handling a fleet of truck from an order book or/and by searching loads through freight exchanges website;
- Ensure that the transport is done complying with social, professional and local regulations;
- Make sure drivers respect driving and security rules.
- Having commercial fiber to negociate the freight price as efficiently as possible;
- Being the main point of contact for our customers, collecting feedback and handling daily problems (delay, ) filling activity reports;
- Be autonomous, proactive, open-minded, friendly, dynamic and a team player;
- Be proficient with computer (transport software, Office 365, tracking tools...) and other technologies (Internet, emailing, ...);
- English is mandatory
- Other langages are appreciated (especially German or Russian)
Work contract : full time (39h/week)
First experience in transport is definitely a plus
Salary will vary depending on experience and will always be competitive.
